These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vietnam.
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit. SeaDudes will provide a booking confirmation via email or other agreed-upon method.
- Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by SeaDudes: SeaDudes reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or equipment malfunction. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive at the scheduled meeting point at the specified time will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
- All participants must adhere to the safety guidelines provided by SeaDudes staff before and during activities.
- Participants must wear appropriate safety gear, such as life jackets and helmets, as required.
- Participants must inform SeaDudes staff of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate in activities.
- SeaDudes reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with safety regulations or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Certain activities may have age restrictions. Please inquire at the time of booking.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- SeaDudes maintains liability insurance coverage. However, participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
- SeaDudes may take photographs or videos of participants during activities for promotional purposes. By participating in activities, you consent to the use of your image in SeaDudes’s marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your image used, please inform SeaDudes staff.
